Arm Workout at Home

I completed a quick arm workout from home this morning and it was so easy! I’ve been working out from home for a while now. There are so many different exercises available from the comfort of your own home and you have the flexibility to workout at ANY TIME! This is super helpful as we all lead very busy lives these days.

doTERRA’s grapefruit oil was added to my water this morning. I absolutely love the taste and the oil itself has great health benefits. Since I’ve recently cut out coffee from my diet, I’ve been needing a little extra boost in the mornings. That’s where doTERRA’s Mito 2 Max comes in. This product is a godsend. It gives me the energy I need without the negative effects from coffee as coffee was always hard on my stomach.

Now, for the arm workout! I used 5lb weights as that’s what I have in my home but you’re welcome to use lighter or heavier weights.

10x tricep kickbacks

10x tricep extensions

10x bent over row

10x bicep curls

10x front raise

10x arm circles (each side)

Rest for 30 seconds. Repeat for a total of 3 sets.
